Sheila Prioleau, a Charleston native now rooted in Charlotte, North Carolina, is devoted to uplifting women and girls from every walk of life. As an author, minister, and encourager, she uses her pen and her voice to spark hope, healing, and purpose. Her books—Keep Fighting Girl, God’s Got You, Weather Girl, and P.S. With Strength & Grace—invite women to see their worth, embrace their calling, and trust God’s plan.
A proud mother of two, Sheila treasures faith, family, and even football. She pours her life lessons into every message, reminding women to wear their crowns with confidence, chase their dreams with courage, and walk boldly with God.
GracefullyHER was born not from perfection, but from Sheila’s own struggles. In every valley, she heard God’s whisper: “Tell your story. Teach them how to overcome.” Today, GracefullyHER is a safe space for women and girls to be real, grow in faith, and rise with resilience. Through resources, workshops, and honest conversations, Sheila’s mission is clear: to help women rise above pain, see their worth through God’s eyes, and live confidently, gracefully, and whole.

At GracefullyHER, we believe every woman and teen carries a God-given purpose and the strength to live it out with confidence, courage, and grace. Through faith-based teaching and practical encouragement, we equip women and teens with the tools they need to thrive in life and faith.
For women, we create spaces of empowerment through speaking, conferences, and workshops that spark healing and resilience. For teens, our Beyond the Game program uses the power of sports to teach discipline, teamwork, and character—preparing them to win in life, not just on the scoreboard.
At the heart of it all is a faith-rooted community where women and girls are seen, heard, and supported as they grow into the fullness of who God created them to be.

Beyond the Game
“Speaking Life Through Sports.”
Beyond the Game uses the analogy of basketball and football to help teens see life differently. Just like in sports, every choice is a play, every dream is a goal, and every setback is a chance for a comeback. Teens learn discipline, resilience, and teamwork—discovering that true victory isn’t found on the scoreboard but in character, confidence, and the courage to dream big.
